About me
Hey, I’m Natalie Neilson
I’m so happy that you’re here and ready to grow! I work with leaders, founders, and organisations to inspire and facilitate moments of growth, when something internal is shifting and the old ways of moving forward no longer quite fit.
My work spans speaking, facilitated conversations, writing, podcasting, and focused one-to-one sessions. What connects it all is a deep respect for the process of growth, not something to push through, but something to understand and work with.
How it all began
Almost a decade ago, from the outside, my life looked “on track.” I was doing everything I was ‘supposed’ to be doing, and ticking society’s ‘checklist’ for happiness, yet something deep inside me kept asking, “Is this it?”
That question became impossible to ignore. I decided to leave behind the familiar and start again in a new country, away from certainty, comfort, and everything and everyone I knew.
That period of transition shaped me deeply. It taught me that growth doesn’t arrive neatly or logically; it unfolds through uncertainty, discomfort, patience, and trust. When we understand what’s happening beneath the surface, change becomes something we can move through with clarity and calm. This is a way of being and perspective I have continued to adopt, understand, and hone ever since.
My work & perspective
I’m an ICF-accredited coach, writer, speaker, and the founder of TTM Coaching, a coaching ecosystem that partners with organisations to support people, performance, and culture at scale. I believe that a business can only grow to the capacity of its people, and TTM exists to be part of how organisations grow.
Alongside this, I work independently with leaders and teams through talks, workshops, and private growth sessions.
For the past few years, I’ve lived and worked across different countries while building my businesses. That exposure has given me a wide lens on leadership, culture, and human behaviour, and a strong belief that most things aren’t right or wrong, they’re contextual.
My role isn’t to tell you who to be or what to do. It’s to be a mirror that helps you understand where you are, what’s being asked of you, and how to move forward in a way that feels aligned rather than forced.
My style is calm, intuitive, and direct. Less performance, more presence. Less fixing, more clarity.

I work globally and am currently based between USA and the UK, travelling regularly for speaking and client work.
